Starbucks in Oberhausen

Very, very unfriendly. A polite request for a straw was strictly refused. Apparently you have to save so much. And the drink is far from good. So clearly NO.

I'm usually an absolute fan of Starbucks and I like to order something at Starbucks at Centro, but this time I could almost dump the drink! I ordered a large (!) Gingerbread latte and in the end my cup was almost half empty and tasted like a non-drinkable latte ... if I had wanted a small latte then I would have ordered that too !! I find something like that really unacceptable, especially since I was at the other location in the Centro a few minutes earlier and was simply told there that this drink would never have been available at Starbucks ... the grim staff is almost the minor problem. It's a shame how bad Starbucks has become in this area / country but I hope that this will change again and that the criticism will be taken seriously.

Unfriendly staff and everything totally sloppy ... You can really save yourself. Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired

Rude staff! Never again ! I prefer to go to neighboring cities where there are Starbucks. How unfriendly the staff there are is not normal!

No taking a seat this morning while drinking coffee, not in the next time with teaching places

We ordered a Java chip Frappucino today, which was good as usual. However, for the first time we had a straw made of paper. Environmental protection good and beautiful, but completely unsuitable. The straw was soaked after a few minutes that nothing passed through it. So we had to wait 30 minutes until we were home and drink the now completely thawed drink with a plastic straw.

The coffee tastes good and the waitresses are quick and friendly.

As always, very tasty coffee.

Typical Starbucks branch (on the ground floor). Rude, demotivated employees. In times of climate change and environmental protection, "to drink here or to go?" asked, the to go cup is automatically picked up. When I remarked that I would like to have a cup (to "drink here"), the to go mug was thrown in the trash anyway ... And also ALL guests who eat their coffee on site had a mug for the bin in hand. Welcome to the 21st century! I would very much like to hear a statement from the branch manager. Not at all! Environmental protection is different. Definitely my last visit to Starbucks! The coffee tastes like any other Starbucks. That is the only good thing about this branch.

If you could have given zero stars, I would have done it! The most unfriendly Starbucks employee I've ever seen. At 2 a.m. during the week and without many guests on the upper floor in the Centro.

Often the cold drinks are sold out. Paying by card is also not always possible. Many times you discover this after waiting in line for 5 minutes.

My still, since 2014, favorite coffee house chain from the USA. Here in Centro O she is represented twice. Very great and very friendly staff. Had prepared a wrong drink, taken back and got a new without grumbling, but with a friendly smile. Without toilet, but it is signposted in Centro. Separate seating in front of the restaurant. Main entrance EG coming from the left side of the Neue Mitte. 5 stars from me.

Inconvenient seats, service staff who have to torture themselves if you Tell your customers the time of day And there's something for that hot brown that well Coffee should be. You have to to like!.......... OR ?????

Great service, pretty fast staff (I was impressed as a barista myself). But it wasn't like rushed, they spent their quality time on making your drink but it was a lot faster then some other Starbucks coffee shops I've visited over the years.

It's a nice place to settle down from a day of shopping. The quality is not great and not bad, just your standard quite expensive Starbucks quality. The muffins and stuff sometimes taste like they are a few days old, one time a muffin made me sick in my stomach... Just not very great!

Worst baristas ever! For two days in-a-row they been very unfriendly. This the worst Starbucks I've ever been (and I've been all over the world!). Big disappointment!

Unfortunately stressed service staff! Long lines ... High prices ... Delicious coffee variations in a great atmosphere - The Center Oberhausen. Great free parking. Super accessible, also for wheelchair users. Everything quickly accessible!

I wanted to buy a cup of the city, reminder.. of the beautiful and very nice place. Unfortunately the cups the have.. was named Berlin. So disappointed

Since they changed the employees in Starbucks Cocacola Oase, they are not very friendly, the service is very slow and they get collapsed very easy.
